Traffic Collision near Imola Avenue Left One Woman Dead
NAPA, CA (July 29, 2022) – A head-on crash on State Route 29 claimed the life of 21-year-old Amanda Peters, police said Saturday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal collision occurred around 10:10 p.m. on State Route 29 near Imola Avenue.
Furthermore, the investigators said a 1988 Cadillac traveling southbound on the northbound lanes on State Route 29 crashed head-on into an oncoming Toyota, followed by a Tesla.
Eventually, the paramedics arrived and transported the Cadillac passenger, Amanda Peters, to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center.
Unfortunately, Napa County Coroner’s Office confirmed that Peters succumbed to her injuries Tuesday afternoon.
Meanwhile, the Cadillac driver, identified as 20-year-old Susan Jevarian, sustained minor injuries after being ejected from the vehicle.
In the end, authorities booked Jevarian to Napa County Jail for DUI.
