Angie Thao Arrested after Vehicle Accident on Marks Avenue
FRESNO, CA (July 12, 2022) – Saturday morning, police responded to a fatal DUI accident on Jensen Avenue that claimed the life of Yang Vue.
The crash happened on July 2 at around 4:00 a.m., near the intersection of Jensen Avenue and Marks Avenue
According to reports, 24-year-old Angie Thao, who was traveling northbound in an Acura RSX, ran a stop sign and collided with a Nissan pickup-truck. The impact killed 38-year-old Vue, who was a passenger in the Acura. Thao and the driver of the Nissan were also injured and hospitalized. The two passengers that were riding in the Nissan were reportedly unharmed.
Afterward, Thao was taken into custody and charged with manslaughter and driving under the influence.
