Two Killed in Multi-Car Collision near Beatty
LAS VEGAS, NV (July 11, 2022) – Wednesday afternoon, Raul Roberto Saldano and a female were killed in a multi-vehicle accident on US 95.
The incident occurred around 3:45 p.m., about 11 miles south of Beatty. Dispatchers responded to the scene shortly after.
According to reports, the collision involved a gold Lexus SUV and a Motor Coach RV. Investigators say the Lexus driver rear-ended a silver Thor Motor Coach RV. In addition, the Lexus SUV was traveling at a high rate of speed.
Medical personnel pronounced 28-year-old Saldano, of Sacramento dead at the scene. In addition, crews also pronounced a female passenger from inside the Lexus dead at the scene.
Crews closed off the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. Once available, further details will be provided.
