27-Year-Old Man Dies in Truck Accident on Interstate 17
PHOENIX, AZ (June 30, 2022) – Tuesday, police responded to a fiery crash that claimed the life of Braulio Silva Rodriquez.
The crash happened near the Interstate 10 and Interstate 17 split, involving two Dodge Rams on June 28th.
According to the preliminary report, one of the truck drivers lost control of their vehicle for reasons unknown.
As a result, the vehicle hit another truck that was traveling westbound. Upon impact, 27-year-old Rodriguez, of Phoenix suffered major injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the other truck driver was reported to have suffered minor injuries.
Authorities closed Interstate 10 for several hours to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties. An active investigation into the fatal crash is underway.
