50-Year-Old Victim Dies in Auto Collision on Clarkson Avenue

FRESNO COUNTY, CA (June 27, 2022) Thursday morning, police responded to a two-car crash on Bethel Avenue that killed Manuel Molina.

The incident occurred around 11:00 a.m., at the intersection of Clarkson and Bethel Avenue on June 23rd.

Per reports, 50-year-old Molina was driving a Ford Fusion south and failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection. As a result, the Ford struck an eastbound Chevrolet Silverado that had the right of way.

Investigators later identified the Chevy driver as 34-year-old Vincent Nelson. Paramedics treated him on scene for minor injuries.

Meanwhile, crews transported 50-year-old Molina to Selma Hospital, where he later died.

At this time, an active investigation to determine further details is still underway.
