Government Vehicle Involved in Traffic Accident on Sage Road
RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA (June 20, 2022) – A major car crash on Trifone Road left one person with injuries, late Thursday afternoon.
According to Riverside County Authorities, the accident occurred at the intersection of Sage and Trifone Road around 4:20 p.m.
Furthermore, police said a California Department of Fish & Wildlife vehicle and a sedan crashed for reasons currently unknown.
Moreover, police said the driver of the sedan was trapped in their car and suffered major injuries. Meanwhile, the driver of the government vehicle was uninjured, per reports.
Crews closed both lanes of Sage Road for an extended period of time during cleanup and preliminary duties.
