One Killed in Traffic Accident on Spearhead Way
RENO, NV (June 7, 2022) – On Sunday, authorities arrested Roberto Ramirez-Martinez after a fatal DUI crash, reports say.
On June 5th, a head-on crash occurred along East Golden Valley Road and Spearhead Way, according to initial reports.
Furthermore, police said at least one person sustained injuries from the incident.
Consequently, paramedics transported one victim to a nearby hospital for further treatment of critical injuries. Unfortunately they were pronounced dead at the hospital.
25-year-old Roberto Ramirez-Martinez was arrested and charged with driving under influence causing death.
Moreover, a portion of Golden Valley Road was blocked to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
Additionally, authorities have not released the identity of any other party involved at this time. An active investigation into the crash is underway.
