Victim Pronounced Dead after Two-Vehicle Collision near Cannon Street

BAKERSFIELD, CA (May 31, 2022) – 21-year-old Christopher Ulloa Jr. was killed Thursday afternoon, in a 2-car crash on Rosedale Highway.

According to reports, Ulloa Jr.’s vehicle collided with another vehicle around 4:33 p.m., near Cannon Street.

Due to the impact of the collision, responding personnel declared Ulloa Jr. dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the condition of the other driver in the second vehicle remains unclear.

Officials temporarily closed both westbound and eastbound lanes while crews cleared the wreckage. At this time, the events leading up to the deadly collision remain unclear.
