Teen Sustains Injuries in Collision near Basetdale Avenue
AVOCADO HEIGHTS, CA (May 27, 2022) – Friday evening, Mauricio Porcayo sustained injuries in an accident on Valley Boulevard.
According to reports, the collision happened near Valley Boulevard and Basetdale Avenue.
Furthermore, authorities said a Toyota crashed into Porcayo with two friends while sitting on the tailgate of a parked pickup-truck.
As a result, two of the victims sustained minor injuries while Porcayo broke his leg including some of his toes that may require amputation.
Authorities later identified the driver as Jesus Ziranda and arrested him for suspicion of DUI.
