Serena Mueller Arrested after DUI Crash on Tropicana Avenue [Las Vegas, NV]
One Injured in DUI Collision near Maryland Parkway
LAS VEGAS, NV (May 20, 2022) – Late Tuesday evening, police arrested Serena Mueller following a DUI crash on Tropicana Avenue.
The accident happened near Maryland Parkway at 11:36 p.m. Per reports, a Toyota Corolla collided with a Ford F-150 near the UNLV campus.
As the drivers were standing outside their vehicles inspecting the damage, a Toyota Camry collided with the back of the Ford. The impact pushed the Ford forward, pinning the Corolla driver in between the two cars.
The Corolla driver was described as 55-year-old Las Vegas resident. Paramedics arrived and later transported the victim with serious injuries to Sunrise Hospital.
Additionally, authorities identified the Camry driver as Serena Mueller, who suffered minor injuries. Medics transported her to UMC for further treatment. Meanwhile, the Ford driver sustained no injuries.
Officials booked Mueller into Clark County Detention Center, she will be facing charges for DUI resulting in substantial bodily harm.
