Traffic Crash on Calle Cortez Left One 69-Year-Old Man Dead
TEMECULA, CA (May 4, 2022) – A motorcycle accident on Jefferson Avenue claimed the life of Harry Young Saturday evening.
The incident took place around 7:00 p.m., near Calle Cortez. For reasons unknown, the motorcyclist struck the rear of an SUV that was traveling in front of him.
First responders arrived and declared the motorcyclist dead at the scene, due to the extent of their condition. Authorities later identified the deceased victim as 69-year-old Young.
Meanwhile, officials said no other casualties or injuries were reported in the crash.
At this time, the California Highway Patrol ruled out alcohol or drugs as the cause of the motorcycle accident. However, an active investigation is underway. Temecula police will provide updates once available.
