Fallon Montanucci Killed in Head-On Crash on Airport Road [Minden, NV]
Traffic Accident on US 395 Left One Fatality
MINDEN, NV (May 3, 2022) – Early Saturday morning, 22-year-old Fallon Montanucci died following a head-on crash on Airport Road.
According to reports, the collision occurred shortly after 4:00 a.m., on the southbound lanes of the freeway near Airport Road.
Investigators stated that a silver Ford F-150 was traveling in the wrong direction on U.S. 395 for reasons unknown. There, the Ford collided with a Hyundai Accent driven by 22-year-old Montanucci.
Emergency crews arrived and pronounced Montanucci dead at the scene. Meanwhile, their passenger and the driver of the Ford were both hospitalized with critical injuries.
Both directions of the roadway were temporarily closed to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
No other information regarding the collision is available at this time; however, an active investigation is currently underway.
