Vehicle Collision near Panama Lane Left One Woman Injured

BAKERSFIELD, CA (April 29, 2022) – Tuesday afternoon, one woman was hospitalized after a serious car accident on Panama Lane.

Police responded to the scene at the 1100 block of Panama Lane around 1:17 p.m., where two SUVs collided head-on.

Preliminary reports indicate that the female driver of a vehicle was experiencing a medical emergency. As a result, she lost control of the vehicle and struck another SUV.

Medical personnel arrived and transported the female victim to a local hospital. Crews say she is now in stable condition. Although, authorities have not yet released her identity.
