Traffic Crash on Noble Avenue Left One Dead, One Injured
VISALIA, CA (March 31, 2022) – Thursday evening, a pedestrian accident on Mooney Boulevard claimed the life of one man, police said.
According to the officers, the incident happened around 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Mooney Boulevard and Noble Avenue.
Furthermore, the investigators said a pick-up truck ran past a stop sign and hit an oncoming SUV.
Afterward, the impact pushed the SUV onto the sidewalk where people were walking.
Eventually, the first responders arrived at the scene and transported two people to a hospital.
The police confirmed that one man died from his injuries and another person is in a critical condition.
Meanwhile, the SUV driver also received hospital treatment for minor injuries.
Visalia Officials are working to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash.
