One Killed in Car Accident on Highway 12 [San Joaquin County, CA]
Vehicle Crash near Tower Park Way Left One Fatality
SAN JOAQUIN CO., CA (March 21, 2022) – On Wednesday, one person died following a two-car accident on Highway 12, authorities said.
The incident happened around 4:45 a.m. on Highway 12 near Tower Park Way.
Furthermore, according to authorities, emergency crews responded to the area and discovered a big rig and a vehicle that collided under unknown circumstances.
Moreover, responding officers also located one unidentified person dead at the scene.
Additionally, the big rig driver did not acquire any injuries from the crash.
Both directions of the roadway were temporarily closed down to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
Meanwhile, authorities have no further information at this time, however, an active investigation is ongoing.
