Two Victims Hurt in Pedestrian Collision near Shirley Avenue
TARZANA, CA (March 17, 2022) – Monday afternoon, at least two people sustained injuries in a pedestrian accident on Ventura Boulevard.
The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m., in the vicinity of 19500 West Ventura Boulevard near Shirley Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a collision occurred between two vehicles, and involved one pedestrian. However, the events leading up remain unclear.
Responding officers arrived and rescued a pedestrian who had become pinned beneath one of the vehicles. Consequently, paramedics then rushed the victim to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
