Fatal Eight-Vehicle Collision on Los Alamitos Boulevard

LOS ALAMITOS, CA (March 10, 2022) – An 8-vehicle crash on Katella Avenue left a man and a dog killed, early Thursday evening.

According to the police, the collision occurred around 6:15 p.m., near the intersection of Katella Avenue and Los Alamitos Boulevard.

At this time, the events leading up to the accident remain unclear. However, reports indicate that a man and a yellow Labrador Retriever inside the same vehicle died at the scene.

Meanwhile, three other people received injuries, including two people trapped from the collision. The third person declined to be treated against medical advice.

Authorities have not yet released the identities of those involved.

No further details have been provided to the public at this time. Although, Los Alamitos Officials continue to investigate the multi-vehicle crash.
