Traffic Collision on Lamb’s Canyon Left Several Injured

BEAUMONT, CA (February 23, 2022) – A vehicle crash on State Route 79 left 6 people injured Tuesday morning, authorities said.

According to the CHP, the incident occurred around 7:37 a.m. along the southbound side of State Route 79, between Beaumont and San Jacinto.

Furthermore, the investigators said that a gold Toyota Camry went off a hillside in Lamb’s Canyon and ejected 4 occupants.

Eventually, first responders arrived and determined all six of the injured were between 18-19 years old and sustained at least minor injuries.

In addition, fire officials said four of the six individuals suffered from serious injuries.

Moreover, paramedics transported at least three people to a Loma Linda Hospital while the other three were taken to Riverside University Health Systems Medical Center.

Later on police said the Camry driver lost control while changing lanes on the rain-slicked highway.
