3 Hospitalized after Head-On Crash on Highway 90 [Sierra Vista, AZ]

Multiple Injured in Head-On Accident near Airport Avenue

SIERRA VISTA, AZ (February 22, 2022) – Sunday night, three people were hospitalized after a head-on crash on Highway 90.

The crash took place around 7:00 p.m., near Airport Avenue. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.

For reasons under investigations, two vehicles collided head-on in the area. The cars were later described as a Kia Soul and a Honda Crosstour.

Paramedics responded and eventually transported the driver of the Kia and two occupants from the Honda to Canyon Vista Medical Center. In addition, the victims were said to be in critical condition.

Authorities have not yet released the identities of those involved. However, an active investigation to determine further details is still currently underway.
