BAKERSFIELD, CA (February 18, 2022) – An unidentified pedestrian was injured in a hit-and-run crash on Chester Avenue, Friday night.
The accident occurred around 9:45 p.m., at South Chester Avenue and South M Street.
According to California Highway Patrol, the events leading to the collision remain unknown. However, reports stated a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle that fled the scene.
First responders located the pedestrian with injuries, however, the extent of injuries are not released. Officials have not issued details of the driver or the suspect car at this time.
