Motorcyclist Killed in Deadly Collision on Spring Mountain Road
LAS VEGAS, CA (February 10, 2022) – Friday night, Audreas Clark was fatally struck in a motorcycle collision on Rainbow Boulevard.
The crash took place near the intersection of South Rainbow Boulevard and Spring Mountain Road just before 8:30 p.m.
Officers revealed that a black 2001 Volkswagen Passat was traveling north on Rainbow attempting a left turn onto a private property. While the Passat was turning left, a motorcyclist riding a black 2004 Suzuki 600 MC-Racer crossed its path.
There, the two vehicles collided. Due to the impact of the collision, medics transported Clark to University Medical Center. However, medical personnel later pronounced Clark dead due to blunt force trauma.
Meanwhile, the driver of the Volkswagen, Erica Hagan of Las Vegas, attempted to escape but was later apprehended.
Authorities booked Hagan into Clark County jail with several charges, driving while impaired; leaving the scene of a crash; failure to render aid; and driving without a license.
The death of Clark marked the 15th traffic-related fatality in Metro’s jurisdiction for 2022. An active investigation into the deadly motorcycle collision remains ongoing.
