Skateboarder Injured in Traffic Collision on Via Barra [Valencia, CA]
Injuries Reported after Skateboard vs Vehicle Collision on Via Barra
VALENCIA, CA (January 26, 2022) – A skateboarder suffered injuries Friday after a traffic collision on Via Barra in Valencia.
The incident happened at around 7:00 p.m. on the 23000 block of Via Barra on January 14th.
CHP officers responded at the scene of collision and discovered the injured skateboarder. Paramedics then rushed the victim to a local hospital for treatment.
At this time, the condition of the victim is not yet known. Authorities also withheld the identities of all parties involved.
Moreover, both directions of the roadway were shutdown for an unknown amount of time to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
Valencia police continue to investigate the collision and will release updates once available.
