Authorities Searching for Driver in Hit-and-Run Crash on Clearwater Avenue that Hospitalized 2
KENNEWICK, WA (January 10, 2022) – On Tuesday, at least two people sustained injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Clearwater Avenue.
The accident happened around 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of W. Clearwater Avenue and S. Sunnyvale Drive.
According to reports, the collision involved three vehicles. Responding patrols attempted to catch the driver who fled the scene.
Paramedics rushed two people with injuries to a local hospital for treatment.
Deputies used a K9 and a drone to catch the fleeing suspect as they appeared to have fled to Steptoe Street.
At this time officials have not released any further information; however, an active investigation is underway.
