Two-Vehicle Collision on San Felipe Road Left One Fatality

SAN DIEGO, CA (January 7, 2022) – On Wednesday, a two-vehicle crash on San Felipe Road left one person dead and another injured.

The incident happened around 2:51 pm at mile marker 1100 on San Felipe Road near the community of Ranchita.

According to an officer, paramedics transported one patient to Palomar Medical Center for treatment.

However, one person was pronounced dead at the scene but the identity of the victim and the deceased remains unavailable.

At this time, San Diego Officials are investigating the circumstance surrounding the two-vehicle crash.
