Male Victim Pronounced Dead after Fatal Collision on Walt Street

WESTMINSTER, CA (January 7, 2022) – Early Monday morning, a man was killed in a possible hit-and-run on Walt Street.

Officers responded to the incident around 5:30 a.m., at the 6500 block of Walt Street.

Upon arrival, California Highway Patrol officers located a deceased male victim in his late 30s in front of a home. However, the events leading up to the incident remain unclear.

At this time, the identity of the victim and the circumstances surrounding the crash remain unknown. Westminster officials are still currently working to identify if the Wall Street incident is a hit-and-run or a homicide.
