Two Men Hospitalized after Fiery Collision near Pioneer Road

TUSTIN, CA (January 7, 2022) – Tuesday evening, two unidentified men were hospitalized after a fiery crash on Tustin Ranch Road.

According to Orange County Fire, the collision occurred around 11:16 p.m., on Tustin Ranch Road near Pioneer Road.

Police determined that the driver of a speeding vehicle lost control and crashed into a tree. As a result, the impact split the car in half and caught fire, propelling the tree 20-30 feet.

In addition, two men were partially ejected from the vehicle. Paramedics arrived to the scene and transported the patients to a local hospital with unspecified injuries.
