Hit-And-Run Accident on Highway 101 Left Motorist Dead

SAN JOSE, CA (December 23, 2021) – Police are searching for a hit-and-run driver that left a motorist killed in a crash on Highway 101.

The fatal incident happened shortly after 1 a.m. when a 2010 Honda Accord spun out of control and hit the center median.

Afterward, an alleged Mercedes Benz C-Class hit the driver as it exited the Honda.

However, the Mercedes driver did not render aid and fled the scene before the authorities arrived.

At this time, San Jose Officials are working to identify the hit-and-run driver.

Meanwhile, the identity of the deceased victim remains unavailable, pending notification of next of kin.
