Two-Vehicle Crash on State Route 24 West St. Stephens Drive Left One Fatality
ORINDA, CA (December 22, 2021) – A two-vehicle crash on State Route 24 claimed the life of one person early Saturday morning.
The incident happened around 1:30 a.m., just west of St. Stephens Drive along State Route 24.
According to the investigators, a Toyota Avalon rear-ended an unoccupied Dodge Challenger parked on the right shoulder.
Due to the impact of the collision, the Toyota driver died at the scene. At this time, the authorities are working to identify whether the deceased victim was impaired by drugs or alcohol.
Orinda Officials are still currently working to identify the circumstances surrounding the State Route 24 two-vehicle crash.
