Stalled Vehicle Causes Multi-Vehicle Collision near South Coast Highway

LAGUNA BEACH, CA (December 17, 2021) – Early Wednesday night, a woman was injured in a three-vehicle crash on Moss Street.

Firefighters responded to the scene just after 5:00 p.m., at the intersection of Moss Street and Southbound Coast Highway.

According to the investigators, a woman suffered from a medical emergency while driving her SUV and veered into oncoming traffic.

Shortly after, paramedics arrived at the scene and transported the woman to Mission Valley Hospital in Mission Viejo. Meanwhile, the occupants of the two vehicles that were struck remained uninjured.

Additionally, all of the involved vehicles sustained significant damages from the crash. At this time, the condition of the SUV driver and her identity remains unspecified.
