Man Killed in Two-Vehicle Collision on Golden State Highway [Gridley, CA]
1 Dead, 1 Hospitalized after Car Accident near West Liberty Road in Gridley
GRIDLEY, CA (December 17, 2021) – Monday night, one man was killed and another was hurt in a two-vehicle collision on Golden State Highway.
Gridley Police Department received calls about the crash just north of West Liberty Road, around 6:50 p.m.
Shortly after, Butte County Sheriff’s Office, CAL FIRE, and the California Highway Patrol responded to the collision. The coroner was also at the scene.
Furthermore, due to the impact of the crash, one male victim died on the scene. Meanwhile, paramedics transported the driver of the other vehicle to a local hospital. However, there has been no update on their current condition.
