Two-Vehicle Collision on San Fernando Boulevard Left Man Dead

BURBANK, CA (December 14, 2021) – A two-vehicle collision on Floyd Street left 85-year-old Allan Roy Levine dead Friday afternoon.

The crash happened just before 4:00 p.m., near the intersection of San Fernando Boulevard and Floyd Street.

Per reports, the collision involved two vehicles. Although, the circumstances leading up to the accident are still unknown.

Furthermore, officers responding at the scene declared Levine dead on the spot. Meanwhile, the other driver remained unharmed.
