Highway 371 Crash Left Motorcyclist Seriously Injured
ANZA, CA (December 8, 2021) – A crash on Highway 371 in the eastern part of Anza left a motorcyclist seriously injured, authorities said.
Riverside County Fire Department said about 9:45 a.m., the unidentified male was traveling near the turn-out to Burnt Valley Road when he crashed onto the highway.
He sustained major injuries, prompting paramedics to establish a makeshift landing zone near the crash site so a helicopter crew could retrieve the rider for urgent treatment.
He was picked up before 11 a.m. and flown to a trauma center.

The California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. The highway remained open.
