Pozo Road Crash Kills Jim Maguire
SANTA MARGARITA, CA (December 6, 2021) – Jim Maguire died Tuesday evening following a two-vehicle crash on Pozo Road.
According to authorities, the accident occurred at 5:45 p.m., when the driver of a tractor-trailer was making a U-turn, blocking both lanes.
There, the driver of a GMC Sierra pickup-truck failed to see the trailer, crashing straight into its left side. The impact led to the death of the truck driver, 76-year-old Maguire of Santa Margarita.
Moreover, the surrounding area was closed off for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. Although, the road has since reopened to traffic.
At this time, the deadly accident remains under investigation. Once available, further details will be provided.
