Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Palmdale Boulevard near 5th Street
PALMDALE, CA (November 15, 2021) – An unidentified pedestrian died Sunday morning after fatally struck on Palmdale Boulevard.
The incident occurred 6:40 a.m., Sunday, November 7, on Palmdale Boulevard east of 5th Street West.
According to reports, a Hispanic adult man driving a red 2008 GMC Sierra struck a white adult male wandering in and out of traffic in the area.
Responding medics tried to save the victim but he later succumbed from his injuries.
Meanwhile, the GMC driver remained and cooperated with the police.
Authorities do not currently believe that drugs or alcohol were factors. However, an active investigation remains ongoing.
