Auto Collision near Chula Vista Street Hospitalized AT&T Worker
CHULA VISTA, CA (November 9, 2021) – Wednesday morning, November 3, an AT&T worker was badly injured following a collision on C Street.
CVPD responded to reports of a crash along C Street and Date Avenue just before 11:00 a.m. Per reports, a 28-year-old driver was traveling west on C Street crashed into a parked AT&T truck.
According to witnesses, the AT&T worker was behind his company pickup when a red sedan rammed into him, severely injuring his legs.
Firefighters, paramedics and police officers responded and transported the worker to the hospital with “serious life-threatening injuries.” The driver was also taken to the hospital but his injuries are unknown at this time.
Traffic on C Street was immediately blocked while an active investigation was ongoing.
