Paul Cosma Killed in Multi-Vehicle Collision on Cactus Road [Phoenix, AZ]
1 Dead, Several Injured in Auto Accident near 43rd Avenue in Phoenix
PHOENIX, AZ (November 9, 2021) – Wednesday night, Paul Cosma was killed and several were injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Cactus Road.
Reports came in about a four-car pile-up at the intersection of Cactus Road and 43rd Avenue around 6:00 p.m.
Investigators say a red light runner struck the SUV that Cosma was a passenger in, then collided with multiple vehicles. Shortly after, Cosma was sent to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Four other individuals had to be transported to the hospital for treatment, their current condition has not be released.
Authorities have not yet released the identities of those involved. At this time, an active investigation is still currently underway.
