Rider Killed in Motorcycle Crash on SR-138 [Hesperia, CA]
State Route 138 Motorcycle Crash Left One Fatality, One Injured
HESPERIA, CA (November 3, 2021) – A deadly motorcycle crash on SR-138 claimed the life of a motorcyclist Saturday afternoon.
The incident happened around 12:38 p.m. near Summit Valley Road, west of the Silverwood Country Store.
Upon further investigation, a group of motorcyclists came upon the crash that involved one motorcycle and an SUV.
Eventually, the San Bernardino County firefighters arrived at the scene and reported multiple motorcycles down with one rider covered up.
Due to the impact, first responders declared the motorcyclist dead at the scene.
Afterwards, firefighters requested a helicopter at the scene to transport another injured rider to Loma Linda Medical Center.
Hesperia Officials are now working to identify the circumstances surrounding the SR-138 motorcycle crash.
