Allen Lynch Dies in Pedestrian Crash on U.S. 50 [Carson City, NV]
Pedestrian Collision near Deer Run Kills 38-Year-Old Allen Lynch
CARSON CITY, NV (October 27, 2021) – Wednesday night, 38-year-old Allen Lynch, was killed in a pedestrian crash on U.S. 50.
The accident took place shortly before 7:30 p.m., just east of Deer Run, as stated by the report. Dispatchers responded to the scene after receiving calls in the area.
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, Lynch was walking on U.S. 50 when he was struck by a Chevrolet Impala. However, officers are uncertain as to why Lynch was walking along the road at the time.
Paramedics responded and transported Lynch to a nearby hospital. Despite life-saving efforts, he was later pronounced dead.
At this time, the crash is still under active investigation.
