Deadly Collision on El Camino Real Results in Two Fatalities
BURLINGAME, CA (October 25, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a deadly car crash on El Camino Real that left two people dead.
The fatal incident happened sometime after midnight on Monday between Broadway and Carmelita Avenue.
According to the investigators, an OFA 1998 Mercury driver struck two trees and landed upside down.
Tragically, one person inside the vehicle died at the scene and the second person succumbed to their injuries in the San Francisco General Hospital.
Meanwhile, the third patient remained at the hospital with major injuries.
Later on, the police determined that the wet street was a factor that caused the crash. However, Burlingame Officials are still investigating the El Camino Real incident.
