210 Freeway Motorcycle Crash Left 28-Year-Old Richard Merced Dead
CLAREMONT, CA (October 21, 2021) – A deadly motorcycle crash on 210 Freeway claimed the life of Richard Merced, police said.
The incident happened around 4:18 p.m. on Friday when a Lexus sedan collided with a motorcyclist at the Baseline Road off-ramp.
Eventually, the Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel responded at the scene and declared the motorcyclist dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, paramedics also evaluated the Lexus driver but their condition remains unclear.
Later on, the coroner’s office identified the deceased rider as 28-year-old Richard Merced.
Claremont officials are working to investigate the circumstances surrounding the 210 Freeway motorcycle crash.
