1 Killed in Deadly Motorcycle Collision on Kingsley Drive in Gardena
GARDENA, CA (October 21, 2021) – Quintance Daniels was fatally struck in a head-on crash on Rosecrans Avenue late Saturday night.
Officers responded to the incident around 11:30 p.m., on Rosecrans Avenue and Kingsley Drive after receiving multiple dispatch calls in the area.
According to reports, a woman driving a black Jeep was heading westbound on Rosecrans when she struck the center median near Kingsley Drive. Afterwards, she continued driving west on the eastbound lanes and collided head-on with an oncoming motorcycle.
Eventually, paramedics arrived at the scene and transported the Jeep driver to Harbor General Hospital for evaluation.
Meanwhile, authorities declared the motorcyclist dead at the scene. Authorities later identified the deceased rider as 47-year-old Quintance Daniels.
