43rd Avenue Two Vehicle Crash Kills 18-Year-Old Jacob Moreno
PHOENIX, AZ (October 6, 2021) – Saturday morning, October 2, Jacob Moreno, 18, died after he lost control and struck another vehicle on 43rd Avenue.
The crash took place at around 9:45 a.m. near 43rd and Missouri avenues.
According to Phoenix Police, Moreno suddenly lost control and swerved to the left shoulder and collided with a white pickup who was traveling south for reasons unknown.
Moreover, the pickup’s two occupants were uninjured.
As per police, impairment is not considered a contributing factor in the fatal incident.
Meanwhile, an active investigation is currently underway.
