Fiery 60 Freeway Crash Jams Traffic near Interchange
RIVERSIDE, CA (October 6, 2021) – A fiery crash on Saturday involving multiple vehicles resulted in heavy traffic on the 60 Freeway.
According to the CHP, the incident happened just before 3:30 p.m. on the eastbound 60 Freeway, west of the interchange.
Upon arrival, officers reported three vehicles in the wreckage, including an SUV fully engulfed in flames.
As a result, the incident resulted in heavy traffic approaching the interchange on the eastbound 60 Freeway.
At this time, the total number of injured patients and the causes of the crash remains unavailable.
Riverside Officials are investigating the incident.
