70-Year-Old Darryl Mayhew Died in Major Collision on U.S. Highway 93

ELKO COUNTY, NV (October 6, 2021) – Monday morning, September 27, Darryl Mayhew, died in a five-vehicle crash on U.S. 93.

The crash took place just before 7:45 a.m., at U.S. 93 at mile marker 104. Dispatchers arrived shortly after.

According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the accident involved five vehicles.

However, an unspecified amount of injuries were reported. In addition, emergency crews declared 70-year-old Darryl Mayhew dead on the scene.
