DUI Collision on Camelback Road Kills 37-Year-Old Andreanna Blaine; Thalia J. Begaye Arrested

PHOENIX, AZ (October 6, 2021) – Last Friday morning, Andreanna Blaine was killed and Thalia J. Begaye was arrested after a DUI crash on Camelback Road.

The crash happened just before 2:30 a.m. on Camelback Road near Central Avenue, as per report.

According to the Police, Begaye was driving a red SUV at 63mph when she rear-ended another car while impaired.

Moreover, Begaye fled the scene of the accident but police found her nearby and said that she had a strong stench of alcohol on her breath, slurred speech, and bloodshot eyes.

Andreanna Blaine was brought to the hospital in severe condition, however she died as a result of her injuries.

The unidentified sedan driver is still in the hospital with a spinal injury.

Begaye was arrested shortly after the fatal collision.
