Multi-Vehicle Crash near Mission Valley Left One Injured
SAN DIEGO, CA (September 27, 2021) – On Tuesday, a multi-vehicle crash on SR-163 near Mission Valley left a driver with major injuries, police said.
According to the CHP, the incident occurred around 9 a.m. when a northbound SUV went into a spin, struck a roadside barrier and collided with a black Toyota sedan.
In total, four vehicles received significant damages from the collision.
Furthermore, medical personnel who responded at the scene stated that at least one person sustained serious injuries.
At this time, the identity of the involved parties and the circumstances surrounding the crash remains unclear at this time.
In the end, authorities closed down two lanes in SR-163 as the crews cleared out the scene.
