A Car Burst into Flames after Crashing into a Building on Eastside Road
REDDING, CA (September 20, 2021) – One person sustained injuries last Wednesday morning following a fiery car crash on Eastside Road.
The crash happened shortly after 3:00 a.m. on September 15, at the 6900 block of Eastside Road.
According to reports, a stolen car collided with a building, igniting both the car and the building. However, the factors that caused the car accident are still unknown.
Responding paramedics transported one person with burn injuries to a nearby hospital. The fire also destroyed several cars and a commercial building; however, no other injuries were reported.
Authorities have not yet identified the victim; furthermore, information will be released as soon as it becomes available.
