Cameron Blain Fish Killed in Crash on Santa Anita Avenue [Los Angeles, CA]
Cameron Blain Fish Dead after Serious Collision near Freer Street
LOS ANGELES, CA (September 17, 2021) – Early Thursday morning, 33-year-old Cameron Blain Fish was killed in a crash on Santa Anita Avenue.
The accident was reported around 2:15 a.m., at the intersection of Santa Anita Avenue and Freer Street. Officers arrived to the scene shortly after.
A 1960s Shelby Cobra veered left into the center median, and struck a street sign and light pole. Fish was ejected from the vehicle onto the roadway.
Paramedics arrived and pronounced Cameron Fish, of Temple City dead at the scene. Meanwhile, Diana Whang was transported to a hospital in critical condition.
Investigators currently believe that Fish was driving at a high rate of speed and lost control of his vehicle. However, there have been no further details released.
At this time, it is unknown whether or not the occupants were wearing seat belts or if alcohol or drugs played a factor.
