Escondido Motorcycle Crash Left One Motorcyclist Dead
ESCONDIDO, CA (September 13, 2021) – On Thursday, a motorcycle crash on El Norte Parkway in Escondido took the life of a motorcyclist, authorities said.
Officers responded at the scene around 3:30 P.M. near Ivy Street, east of Interstate 15 and pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene.
At this time, any further details surrounding the incident remain unclear but officials claimed that the victim is in his late 40s.
Furthermore, officials closed down a portion on El Norte Parkway from Broadway Street as the crews cleared out the scene.
However, no other injuries were reported, according to Lt. Rode Barrett of Escondido Police.
The fatal motorcycle crash is under investigation.
