HOLLYWOOD, CA (September 9, 2021) – On Tuesday, a multi-vehicle crash following a police pursuit resulted in the temporary closure of Sunset Boulevard.
The incident happened at around 2:30 AM when a stolen car slammed into two other vehicles near the intersection of Sunset and Van Ness Avenue.
Afterwards, one of the drivers of the second two vehicles fled on foot, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
In addition, video footage shows that several officers immediately drew their firearms on a person inside a black Dodge Challenger whose hands were up to surrender.
